Becky Jane Jourdan, 81, of Tishomingo, Mississippi, died Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at her residence. She was a member of South Crossroads Baptist Church. She retired from Blue Bell after over 35 years of employment, and later retired from Vanity Fair and H. I. S. She enjoyed painting and gardening. She also liked to work in her yard and cook. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 27, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Mike Neighbors and Bro. Randle Jourdan. Interment will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home on Saturday. Pallbearers will be her nephews. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her husband, Hubert Jourdan of Tishomingo, MS; 1 son, Bob Jourdan of Tishomingo, MS; 1 brother, Rudoph Bonds of Tishomingo, MS; 1 grandchild, Regina Brockett-Enos of Tishomingo, MS; and 5 great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rachael, Nicholas, Ashley, and Jessica Brockett, all of Tishomingo, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents, Van and Ed Bonds; 3 brothers, Wilford, Earl, and Russell Bonds; and 1 sister, Billie Louise Moss. Memorials may be made to the New Lebanon Cemetery Fund.
