Louise Edge

Louise Edge, 82, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Monday, February 21, 2011, at the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS. She was a member of Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and playing board games with friends. She also enjoyed fishing and walking. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 22, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 23, at Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church. The body will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to service time. Services will be officiated by Bro. Malcolm Garrett. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 son, Scotty Edge and wife, Brenda, of Counce, TN; 4 grandchildren, Andy Edge and wife, Debbie, of Counce, TN, Monnie DeBerry and husband, Keith, of Savannah, TN, Cher Harrison and husband, Jay, of Counce, TN, and Kelly Edge and wife, Kim, of Counce, TN; 9 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Edge; her parents, Andrew and Ethel Heathcock; a brother, Elton Heathcock; and a sister, Velma Crowe.
