Brenda Lambert, 61, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died Thursday, December 30, 2010, at her residence. She was a member of Antioch Freewill Baptist Church, and was retired from Kimberly Clark of Corinth. She enjoyed working in her yard, and loved spending time with the pride and joy of her life, her granddaughter, Avery. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Thursday, December 30 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Friday, December 31, 2010, at Antioch Freewill Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Mike Edwards. Interment will follow in Burnsville Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her husband, Dainie Lambert of Burnsville; her mother, Lois Lovelace Childs of Iuka; 2 sons – Robin Lambert (Blaine) and Jesse Lambert (Angela Crawley), both of Iuka; 3 brothers – Jimmy Wayne Childs, Billy Harrison Childs (Carolyn), and Timothy Lee Childs (Janice), all of Iuka; 1 sister – Carolyn Terry (Henry) of Iuka; and 1 granddaughter – Avery Lambert. She was preceded in death by her father, R.H. “Tony” Childs, and her mother-in-law, Helen Lambert. Memorial contributions may be made to the Burnsville Cemetery Fund.
