Gene Luttrell, 70, of Savannah, TN (formerly of Iuka, MS), died Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 8 PM on Monday, November 22 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Tony Curtis. Interment will follow in Rutledge Salem Cemetery. Pallbearers include Dale Hester, Robert Hester, Michael Honeycutt, Jim Kilgore, Zack Luttrell, Dillon Rich, and Robert Shook. Leroy Dean and Jerry Kilgore will serve as honorary bearers. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Luttrell of Iuka, MS; 2 sons ? Travis Luttrell (Adena) and Casey Luttrell (Katie), both of Iuka, MS; 4 daughters ? Patsy Kay Frazier of MO; Tina Rast (Richie) of Iuka, MS; Gina Rogers (Brian) of Florence, AL; and Cari Thompson (Owen) of Utah; 3 brothers ? Alton Luttrell (Betty) of IN; Clifton Luttrell (Gail) of AL; and Ralph Luttrell (Katie) of Iuka, MS; 2 sisters ? Kathy Hester (Jim) of Midway, MS and Diane Hurst (Dwight) of Coldwater, MS; 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death his father, Braxton Luttrell; his wife, Sue Ann Luttrell; his daughter, Dovie Jean Yarbrough; 2 sisters, Grace Luttrell and Faye Stroupe; and his brother in law, Eddie Honeycutt. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rutledge Salem Cemetery Fund.
